Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to draft job descriptions, post openings, and manage candidate sourcing.
- Conduct initial resume screening, phone interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Assist in onboarding new hires, preparing offer letters, contracts, and maintaining personnel files.
- Handle payroll processing, statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT), and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Respond to employee queries, resolve routine grievances, and escalate complex issues to HR leadership.
- Maintain accurate records in the HRIS/ATS and generate basic HR reports (headcount, turnover, etc.).
- Support the execution of training programs, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and internal HR policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹11,004.57 - ₹32,055.58 per month
