Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for overall quality system in HR department.
2. Sourcing candidates via recruitment online portals.
3. Screening the candidates and shortlisting them over phone or personal interviews with coordination with the concerned departments & background verification of the shortlisted candidates
4. Issuing Letter of Offer/Appointment other letters as per company to the selected candidate
5. Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee’s termination/ Resignation
6. Drafting and updating documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal and other HR related documents.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Possess a degree in Human Recourse.
2. At least 3 years working experience in the HR Recruitment.
3. Possess Proper/ Adequate knowledge of ESIC, PF, etc.
4. Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Power Point & Social Media Management.
5. Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Able to work under pressure and efficiently.
7. Ability to communicate effectively & professionally
8. Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
9. Positive & pro-active attitude towards work
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
11. Strong organizational & Leadership Qualities with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop & learn new skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
