Human Resources Recruiter

Location: Noida, Sector 62
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter who can handle end-to-end recruitment and has hands-on experience using blue-collar and white-collar hiring portals. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Source candidates using job portals such as WorkIndia, Indeed, Job Hai, and Apna
• Post job openings, manage responses, and maintain candidate pipelines
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
• Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter
• Hands-on experience with WorkIndia, Indeed, Job Hai, Apna, or similar portals
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
• Basic knowledge of HR operations is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.37 - ₹15,000.00 per month
