Position Summary:

The Human Resources Recruiter will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition for all Arizona job openings. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our HR team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand their needs and deliver top talent that aligns with our company values and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals).
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
  • Prepare and present recruiting metrics and reports to management to support data-driven decision-making.
