Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

• Source and recruit aesthetic doctors (MBBS/MD), cosmetologists, nurses, laser therapists, and clinic staff

• Post job openings on job portals, social media, and professional networks

• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews

• Schedule interviews (in-person / online) and follow up with candidates

• Manage offer letters, salary negotiations, and joining formalities

Industry-Specific Hiring

• Understand aesthetic roles such as injectors, laser technicians, skin therapists, counselors, and clinic managers

• Verify medical licenses, certifications, experience, and eligibility

• Coordinate with medical directors and branch managers for hiring needs

Onboarding & Documentation

• Handle joining documentation, background verification, and credential checks

• Coordinate induction and onboarding processes

• Maintain employee records and recruitment databases

HR Operations Support

• Assist with HR policies, attendance, leave management, and compliance

• Support performance management and employee engagement activities

• Handle exit formalities and attrition analysis

Compliance & Ethics

• Ensure recruitment follows medical council, clinic, and labor law regulations

• Maintain confidentiality and ethical recruitment practices
