Bethesda Health Clinic is a Christian, non-profit organization dedicated to providing affordable, compassionate healthcare. Our Hangers of Hope stores play a vital role in generating revenue for our clinic. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-time Human Resources Recruiter Assistant to join our team and support our mission.


Position Summary:

The Human Resources Recruiter Assistant will work closely with the HR team to assist primarily in recruiting and onboarding employees for our Hangers of Hope stores. This role is essential in ensuring that we have a motivated and skilled workforce to support our mission of serving the community. The ideal candidate will have strong commitment to our Christian values and the ability to connect with the individuals who share our vision.

Key responsibilities:

  • Uphold and promote the clinic’s Christian values in all interactions with candidates and team members
  • Assist in the recruitment process for various positions at the Hangers of Hope Stores
  • Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms and social media
  • Screen resumes and applications, conducting initial interviews to identify qualified candidates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicants and recruitment activities
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Participate in outreach efforts to engage potential employees, including attending community events and church gatherings
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring transition into their roles
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to HR and recruitment as needed

Qualifications:

  • A strong commitment to the Christian faith and alignment with the mission and values of Bethesda Health Clinic
  • Previous experience in recruitment, human resources, or related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with recruitment software is a plus
  • Passion for community service and a desire to make a positive impact
