Human Resources Recruiter - IT

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our consultancy team. You will handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
• Coordinate interviews and manage the full hiring process
• Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles on time
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for IT positions
• Maintain reports and update recruitment trackers regularly

Requirements:

• 2–6 years of IT recruitment experience (preferably in a consultancy/staffing firm)
• Good knowledge of IT skills and technologies
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Experience in permanent or contract staffing
• Target-driven and organized

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
