Human Resources Recruiter - NON IT

We are hiring a Non-IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for various non-technical roles such as Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, and Customer Support. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions for multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates from job portals and social media
• Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process
• Work closely with clients to understand job requirements
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline
• Handle offer negotiation and onboarding support

Requirements:

• 2–6 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment (consultancy background preferred)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
• Target-driven and organized

Education: Any graduate (MBA/PG in HR preferred)
