Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Human Resources Recruiter to join our team and drive our talent strategies forward. In this role, you will be instrumental in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent across the organization. Your expertise in HR sourcing, recruitment, employee relations, and talent management will help foster a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with employment laws. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead innovative HR initiatives, support employee growth, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Duties

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts including technical recruiting, executive recruiting, and internal sourcing using Indeed, LinkedIn.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through social media management, cold calling, lead generation, and research to attract high-caliber candidates.
• Conduct thorough interviewing processes to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and potential contributions.
• Manage employment contracts, employee orientation programs, employee evaluation processes, and employee relations initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
• Oversee talent acquisition activities including leveraging HRIS platforms like GUSTO.
• Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations while managing contracts and HR documentation.
• Foster relationship management with hiring managers and candidates to facilitate seamless communication and successful placements.
• Support training & development programs aimed at succession planning and leadership development to strengthen internal talent pipelines.

Experience

• Proven experience in human resources or talent acquisition roles with a focus on recruiting across various levels including technical roles and executive positions.
• Strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques such as social media management, cold calling, research methods, and lead generation strategies.
• Deep understanding of employment & labor law to ensure legal compliance in all HR practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Experience managing employee orientation programs, employee evaluations, contracts, and employee relations initiatives.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience supporting training & development initiatives along with succession planning efforts is highly desirable. Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
