MAJOR FUNCTION
Supports the General Manager in all administrative capacities and provides specialized HR Assistance to managers, employees in the Region, and the corporate office human resources. Ensure positive employee relations by resolving issues related to selection and employment, ensuring that the company is in compliance with all federal, state and local laws.
