JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Services Agent I with a sincere dedication to the delivery of an excellent experience for our employees, retirees, leaders and internal partners contacting the HR Services team with questions and requests. This role is critical to deliver consistent, high-quality service experience and the achievement of our goal of delivering a world-class experience. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about people, operational excellence, and continuously improving the way we support our workforce. This role services as the first point of contact within HR to provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality, professionalism, positivity and integrity in all customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an Excellent Experience: Provide Tier 1 HR support for all customers (employees, alumni, leaders, internal partners, and HR colleagues) that come via phone call or ServiceNow cases using the knowledge base to ensure timely response, excellent experience, and effective escalation (as needed) in each interaction.
  • Data Integrity & Documentation: Ensure data integrity by capturing accurate and complete information for each interaction and resolution.
  • Champion HR Services & ServiceNow Adoption: Act as an HR Services SME providing guidance and learnings to HR colleagues and customers to drive efficiency, ServiceNow adoption and overall knowledge sharing.
  • Strengthen Knowledge Management: Use ServiceNow knowledge base & knowledge articles to support response to request and questions. Use learnings, observations & feedback to contribute to improvements within knowledge base(s) to ensure content is accurate, complete, accessible, and employee friendly.
  • Technology + Tool Adoption: Learn and leverage technology to ensure best use and optimization of systems (e.g., Workday, UKG, case management tools) to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-2 years' experience in benefits administration.
  • Knowledge of HR plans, policies, practices, programs and systems
  • Confident in answering phones and utilizing computer systems for case management as well as databases.
  • Love working with employees and helping others.
  • Can handle high volume workload with ability to multi-task
  • Drive and passion around innovation and creative problem-solving

Colorado Compensation & Benefits Disclosure

  • Pay Range: $22.45 - $42.07 annually (a good‑faith estimate of the range we reasonably expect to offer for this role).
  • Other Compensation: This position may be eligible for [bonus/commission/other compensation, if applicable].

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
