What You’ll Do

• Review and proof timecards for payroll processing
• Assist employees with system access (eConnect, paystubs, job assignments)
• Prepare mail and FedEx packages daily
• Identify and resolve issues before payroll deadlines
• Build strong relationships with branch teams and clients
• Develop SOPs and maintain continuity for the role

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in a staffing agency (required)
• High school diploma or associate’s degree
• Strong math, organization, and communication skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and meet tight weekly deadlines
