Human Resources Specialist

We are searching for a HR Specialist with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in UAE Real Estate HR specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the organization's human capital needs and ensuring a positive employee experience. They act as a bridge between employees and management, working to maintain a productive and compliant work environment.

• Responsiveness and accessibility to address inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or any related course
• Preferably Arabic Speaker

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Developing job descriptions and specifications.

·       Staying up-to-date with employment laws and regulations.

·       Ensuring company policies and practices are compliant with legal requirements.

·       Handling legal matters such as discrimination complaints or labor disputes.

·       Interview candidates and evaluate their experience, education and competencies

·       Posting job openings on various platforms.

·       Reviewing resumes and applications.

·       Conducting interviews and assessments.

·       Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.

·       Developing training programs and materials.

·       Coordinating training sessions or workshops.

·       Tracking employee development and progress.

·       Maintaining employee records and HR databases.

·       Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

·       Managing HR policies and procedures.

·       Handling paperwork related to hiring, termination, and other HR transactions.
