Role Summary
The HR Specialist will be a cornerstone of our organizational health and growth, responsible for managing and executing the full spectrum of human resources functions. You will be instrumental in building our high-performance team and fostering a culture of excellence as we scale. This role requires a hands-on expert in HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee relations who can also act as a trusted partner to leadership, ensuring our talent strategy aligns with our ambitious business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from drafting compelling job descriptions and sourcing top candidates to coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and managing stakeholder expectations.

Develop, maintain, and own a seamless and engaging onboarding program to effectively integrate new hires into DEMA's culture and operations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and build a pipeline of future talent for key roles.
HR Operations & Compliance:

Manage all core HR operations, including employee records management, benefits administration, and payroll coordination, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with Saudi Arabian and Omani labor laws and regulations.

Administer the company’s HRIS platform, ensuring data integrity and generating reports on key HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, and time-to-hire.
Employee Engagement & Performance Management:

Support the annual performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year check-ins, and annual reviews, providing guidance to both managers and employees.

Act as a primary point of contact for employee relations, providing confidential counsel and managing investigations and resolutions in a fair and professional manner.

Analyze employee engagement feedback and partner with leadership to develop and implement initiatives that enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
Qualifications and Experience
Required:
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-5+ years of direct experience in an HR Generalist or HR Specialist role, preferably within a fast-paced or technical environment.

Demonstrable experience managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations.

Deep understanding of Saudi Arabian labor law and HR best practices; familiarity with Omani labor law is a strong asset.

Expert-level proficiency with HRIS platforms and standard business software (e.g., Microsoft Office 365).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, manage sensitive information, and advise stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred:

CIPD, SHRM-CP/SCP, or other relevant professional certification.

Experience in the technology, energy, or infrastructure sectors.

Proven experience supporting a multi-country workforce, specifically within the GCC.

Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
