Role Overview

We seek a proactive and strategic Organizational Development, HR Specialist to oversee human resources, office administration, and organizational development initiatives. This role will drive employee engagement, enhance company culture, and implement HR and business strategies that align with DAWENHA’s growth vision.


Main Responsibilities


Human Resources (HR):

  • Handle all HR tasks like hiring, employee benefits, and salaries.
  • Create and apply HR policies to improve employee satisfaction and performance.
  • Manage new employee onboarding, training, and career development.
  • Handle performance reviews, conflicts, and discipline when needed.
  • Keep employee files, contracts, and payroll records updated and legal.

Organizational Development:

  • Study the company’s structure and suggest ways to improve performance.
  • Plan and run employee training and leadership programs.
  • Support change in the company with clear communication and employee support.
  • Analyze HR and business data to find problems and suggest solutions.
  • Work with team leaders to match business goals with people development.
  • Help build a culture of learning, creativity, and continuous improvement.


Office Management:

  • Make sure the office runs smoothly (cleaning, supplies, equipment, etc.).
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Support a work environment that reflects DAWENHA’s values and creative spirit.


Qualifications


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR, office admin, and people development.
  • Experience in retail or stationery is preferred.

Skills:

  • Good understanding of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of employee training and performance management.
  • Experience managing employee engagement and team development.
  • Organized, good at managing projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Good with Microsoft Office and HR software systems.


Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and employees.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and mentor employees.
