team in the role of Human Resources Specialist. This position is full time position working in our Indy Metro Region (Carmel, Avon and Fishers).
Role Responsibilities
Assists and provides support to Human Resources consultants and team members with HR administrative processes as assigned.
Manages reports, spreadsheets, and other special projects that may require working with complex and high volume data.
Maintains confidentiality of employee data and sensitive Human Resources issues.
Works closely with the HR team to consistently deliver high quality customer service to internal and external customers, and provide professional representation of the department.

Reports to: Director-Human Resources-Regional
Candidate Qualifications
Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
High School Diploma/GED required.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of experience preferred.
One to three years of job related experience in a confidential environment preferred.
Previous Human Resource experience preferred.
Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred.
Knowledge and understanding of regulations and laws (e.g. FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.).
Basic proficiency in MS office required (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
