Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems.
  • Handle employee inquiries, provide guidance on HR-related matters, and support conflict resolution when needed.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave management, and attendance tracking.
  • Collaborate with departments to identify staffing needs and ensure smooth workforce planning.
  • Participate in organizing training programs, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal HR standards.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed for management review.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Three years of hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
