Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering various HR functions and government-related procedures in compliance with UAE regulations. UAE nationality is required for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding processes, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
- Process payroll and maintain accurate records of attendance and leave.
- Assist in performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations and feedback.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Handle HR-related administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve HR processes and procedures.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to contribute innovative ideas to the department.
- Maintain accurate records for all HR services provided.
- Stay informed about changes in government rules and regulations related to HR functions.
- Prioritize and efficiently handle urgent tasks with short notice.
- Record and upload employee data on the system and cloud.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
