We are looking for a reliable Human Resource Specialist to join our team and to provide full administrative support to the Chairman and to all other departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Job description:

· Be responsible for the process management of the company's employees, including recruitment, interviews, employment, on boarding, and off boarding.

· Manage and maintain employee files to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the materials;

· Responsible for handling the relevant documents of the employees, ensuring legal employment and residence.

· Assist in formulating and improving the company's personnel management systems and processes;

· Organize and implement employee training and development programs;

· Cooperate with the department to complete relevant work such as employee performance appraisals;

· Regularly conduct human resource data analysis to provide a basis for management decision-making;

· Support the daily administrative work of other departments, such as meeting arrangements and travel support, etc.

· Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).

· Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.).

· Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.

· Providing relevant data (attendance, absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).

· Process the payroll

· Communicate with public services when necessary.

· Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.

· Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.

· Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.

· Recruit candidates and update our database.

· Follow up with the employees for them weekly time sheet.

· Shortlisting the appropriate CV`S for the requested job profile.

· Get job description and job application for the new candidates filled and signed before technical interview.

· Reporting to the chairman if there any unusual practice happening and company or any miss using of company properties by the staff.

· Other duties as assigned by the Chairman/Project Manager/Branch Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree

Language

English (Preferred)

Job Type: Full Time / Permanent

Nationality: PI NAY

Salary: (between AED 5000 – AED 6000) – Full Budget

Annual Vacation: One month paid vacation after 12th month for the first year and after 11 month for the next years.

Day Off: Sunday

Experience: 4-5 years in UAE

Location: Business Park, Dubai South
