Position Summary:
The HR Specialist is a part-time position. This role is responsible for providing support in human resources administration, payroll processing, and employee data management. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll execution using ADP (or similar systems), maintains compliance with employment regulations, and delivers exceptional service to employees and leadership.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience required.
Experience:
2+ years of HR administrative experience.
Hands-on experience with ADP or like payroll systems (required).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
Location & Hours
This position is part-time hourly position, working fewer than 30 hours per week. It is a hybrid role that combines remote work with an on-site presence. The individual in this position will be required to work on campus at St. David’s School in Raleigh as part of their regular responsibilities.
