  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Proficient in MS Office applications


JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Manage the entire recruitment and selection process end-to-end, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies
  • Identify and assess candidates across various functions and seniority levels, conducting competency-based interviews
  • Prepare recruitment dashboards, KPIs, and management reports to improve process efficiency
  • Plan and execute training and development activities in line with the company’s strategic vision
  • Ensure the effective and seamless implementation of the onboarding and orientation program for new hires
