JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage the entire recruitment and selection process end-to-end, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies

Identify and assess candidates across various functions and seniority levels, conducting competency-based interviews

Prepare recruitment dashboards, KPIs, and management reports to improve process efficiency

Plan and execute training and development activities in line with the company’s strategic vision

Ensure the effective and seamless implementation of the onboarding and orientation program for new hires
