About the Role

We are looking for a Human Resources Officer – Employee Affairs to manage and oversee all employee-related administrative and compliance matters within the organization.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, and effective coordination with government platforms and internal departments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all employee affairs activities.
  • Handle GOSI, Qiwa,and other government portal transactions
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies
  • Coordinate medical insurance enrollments and renewals
  • Prepare HR letters, certificates, and official correspondence
  • Support disciplinary procedures and internal investigations when required
  • Monitor probation periods and contract expiry dates


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations or Employee Affairs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills in Arabic and English
