Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, and selection).
- Coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlisting.
- Manage recruitment databases and applicant tracking.
2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documents.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
- Manage employee exit process including clearance and documentation.
3. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records (personal files, attendance, leaves).
- Manage HR documentation and reports.
- Support payroll by providing employee data, attendance, and leave records.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
4. Employee Relations
- Address employee queries related to HR policies.
- Assist in grievance handling and conflict resolution.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.
5. Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in updating HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
6. Reporting & HR Analytics
- Prepare HR reports such as hiring status, turnover, attendance, and employee data.
- Maintain HR dashboards and recruitment trackers.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR (Recruitment and Operations preferred).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR practices.
