Job Title: HR Intern

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our HR team at OCTALOOP IT & NS. The intern will assist in day-to-day HR operations including recruitment support, employee coordination, documentation, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates seeking hands-on experience in Human Resources within a professional onsite environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling)
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
• Assist in preparing HR documents, letters, and reports
• Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks
• Help organize HR events, meetings, and training sessions
• Handle basic employee queries and provide administrative support
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of HR records
• Support attendance tracking and HR compliance tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in HR, BBA, Psychology, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR functions and recruitment processes
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good organizational and time management skills
