Finance & HR Manager (U.S. Operations)

Onsite – I-10/3, Islamabad
8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (U.S. Shift)

Virtelligence Inc. is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance & HR Manager to lead our financial operations and HR functions for U.S.-based operations.

This is a dual-impact leadership role ideal for someone who can confidently manage end-to-end accounting in QuickBooks, ensure financial accuracy and compliance, and oversee structured HR operations in a fast-paced, international environment.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will take ownership of:

  • Full-cycle accounting and financial management
  • Financial reporting and reconciliations
  • U.S. payroll coordination and compliance (preferred)
  • HR operations, documentation, and policy implementation

This position requires strong analytical thinking, high confidentiality standards, and the ability to manage finance and HR responsibilities with precision.

Core Responsibilities Finance & Accounting (Primary Focus)

  • Manage daily accounting operations in QuickBooks (mandatory expertise)
  • Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations
  • Prepare and analyze P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Lead month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness
  • Strengthen internal financial controls and reporting structures

U.S. Payroll Management (Strong Advantage)

  • Process payroll accurately and on schedule
  • Maintain payroll records, deductions, and benefits
  • Support federal and state payroll tax compliance
  • Work with payroll systems such as ADP, Paychex, Paylocity (preferred)
  • Assist with multi-state payroll processing

Human Resources Management

  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle documentation
  • Maintain HR compliance and employee records
  • Support performance management and HR policy execution
  • Coordinate employee benefits and handle employee relations matters
  • Develop and update HR policies aligned with business needs

Required Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks (non-negotiable)
  • Proven experience in Finance & Accounting management
  • Practical experience managing HR operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or HR
  • Strong financial reporting and reconciliation expertise
  • Advanced MS Excel proficiency
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail

Preferred (Plus Points)

  • Experience in U.S. payroll processing
  • Knowledge of federal & state payroll tax regulations
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients or companies
  • Multi-state payroll knowledge
  • Certifications such as CPA, CA, ACCA, SHRM, or PHR
