Human Resources Specialist

Department: Human Resources Department

Function Title: HR Generalist - Training and System Management

Reports to: Director of HR


Mandatory skills: MUST be bilingual both written and verbal in Mandarin Chinese.

Essential Functions

  • Work with managers and supervisors regarding training needs and conduct annual training and development needs assessment.
  • Provide system support to business units, including training rollout, system report generation, reset user account etc.
  • Run onboarding and off-boarding processes in multiple systems, including ID creation, ID termination, employee documents generation and delivery etc.
  • Manage employee attendance records; monitor and manage two-week mandatory leave process to comply with the regulation request.
  • Maintain HO HR systems and manage related data.
  • Conduct vendor bills reconciliation and facilitate the payment process
  • Conduct the employee documents filing and perform data validation
  • Support employee work authorization process accordingly to meet USCIS requirement
  • HRIS pertaining to but not limited to employee data, payroll, benefits administration, recruitment etc.


This position also has risk manager responsibilities for identifying, acting on, and escalating risks, and are held strictly accountable for the failure to discharge their risk management duties. Be responsible for demonstrating risk awareness by following all policies, procedures, and internal controls in their daily routine.
