- Coordinates the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office
- Coordinates the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs
- Maintains HRIS systems, new hire orientation and packets, establishes personnel files.
- Tracks and processes hourly evaluations and wage increases.
- Coordinates benefits (FMLA, STD & LTD). Liaison with Guardian, BCBS and other benefits carriers for enrollment, terminations, problem resolution, verifying invoices. Processes COBRA paperwork.
- Provide customer service and support to employees: in the area of pay, benefits and taxes and human resources general issues.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory concerns and reporting

Requirements
- Proven track record in Human Resources in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive manufacturing.
- Excellent communication and team building skills
- Should be able to deal with difficult, sensitive and confidential information.
- The applicant should have strong organizational, time management and prioritization abilities.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Must be Bi-lingual English and Spanish
Pay: $56.00 - $58.00 per year
