Human Resources Specialist

To flourish in this role, you will:

  • Employee onboarding — Support coordinating new-hire orientation, documentation, and integration into the organization.

  • Recruitment support — Assist with job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and communication.

  • HR compliance — Support in maintaining accurate records, ensure adherence to federal and state employment laws, and support audits.

  • Benefits administration — Support Benefits Administration in guiding employees through enrollment, changes, and general benefits questions.

  • Employee relations — Support the HR Director in staff conflict resolution, performance documentation, and workplace culture initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 2-4 years of HR experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
