Recruitment support — Assist with job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and communication.
HR compliance — Support in maintaining accurate records, ensure adherence to federal and state employment laws, and support audits.
Benefits administration — Support Benefits Administration in guiding employees through enrollment, changes, and general benefits questions.
Employee relations — Support the HR Director in staff conflict resolution, performance documentation, and workplace culture initiatives.
