Human Resources Specialist
Qualifications
-
Associate's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field (but experience, training, and/or Human Resources professional certification may be substituted)

Prior successful experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or Benefits Administration

Knowledge of Human Resources operations including laws/regulations, policies/procedures, and best practices
-
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace, with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
-
Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills
-
High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when managing sensitive personnel matters
-
Ability to problem solve, work independently, recognize priorities, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
-
