The Human Resources Specialist will play a vital role in helping us build and support a workforce that brings our mission to life every day. We are seeking an experienced HR professional who is passionate about people, embraces continuous improvement, and is motivated to make a meaningful impact.

The HR Specialist will provide comprehensive support across key human resources functions with primary responsibility for recruitment and HRIS administration. The position partners with facility leaders to attract exceptional talent, maintain the integrity of our HR systems, and deliver an outstanding employee experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field desired
• 2–5 years of human resources experience in a generalist role
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Experience in healthcare setting preferred
• Proficiency with HRIS systems.
• Paylocity experience preferred
