Human Resources Specialist (Operation)

Job Summary

The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operational activities, with a strong focus on employee services, medical insurance administration, and Saudization compliance. The role ensures accurate HR processes, regulatory compliance, and a high-quality employee experience.


Key Responsibilities


Employee Services

  • Manage employee offboarding, and personnel file administration
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and services
  • Maintain and update HR records, contracts, and employee data in HR systems

Insurance & Benefits

  • Administer medical insurance enrollment, renewals, additions, and deletions
  • Coordinate with insurance providers and resolve employee insurance issues

Saudization & Government Portals

  • Manage Saudization requirements and monitor Nitaqat compliance
  • Handle GOSI registrations, updates, and terminations
  • Process employee records through government platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem)

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal HR policies
  • Prepare HR reports related to headcount, Saudization, and employee services
  • Support HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–4 years of experience in HR Operations or Employee Services
  • Strong experience in insurance administration and Saudization
  • Hands-on experience with GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem,..etc
  • Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law
