Hands-on experience in recruitment and training processes,
Good command of written and spoken English,
Proficient in MS Office applications,
Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
Job Description
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying hiring needs and preparing job postings to candidate evaluation and interviews.
Conducting interviews and coordinating recruitment processes in close collaboration with managers and relevant teams.
Preparing annual and periodic training plans and budgets in line with organizational needs and competency requirements; monitoring training-related costs and utilization.
Researching, selecting, and coordinating with training providers, consultants, and external institutions.
Coordinating the implementation, organization, and follow-up of training and development activities with relevant stakeholders.
Supporting the evaluation of training effectiveness and preparing training-related reports, analyses, and management presentations.
Supporting HR-related reporting and documentation activities.
