Job Description

Conduct training needs analysis by assessing employees’ needs and the organizational structure to identify appropriate training programs .

Develop the annual training plan aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives .

Coordinate with internal and external training providers and monitor the quality of training deliverables .

Manage the training budget, monitor expenditures, and provide recommendations .

Develop training materials and ensure alignment with best practices and approved standards .

Evaluate the effectiveness and quality of training programs by conducting pre- and post-training assessments, developing smart KPIs, and monitoring performance .

Develop, monitor, and analyze all training-related performance indicators .

Coordinate with relevant entities to support digital transformation and automate training processes .

Monitor and follow up on training indicators related to organizational units .

Prepare and submit periodic training reports and program outcomes .

Facilitate knowledge transfer and train training department staff to enhance their skills .

Design and implement leadership development programs and coaching programs .
-
Possess a strong understanding of Assessment Centers and their application in developing employee competencies.

Monitor trainee satisfaction, analyze training feedback, and recommend improvements .
-
Ensure proper documentation of all training records in compliance with approved policies and procedures.

Any other duties or projects related to training and development, as required.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification :Masters in HR or Related Faculty Desired
Minimum Work Experience :5 years experience, with minimum 3 years in Training
