The Role

As Human Resources Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day HR operations of a luxury hotel, ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving employee engagement. Oversee recruitment, payroll, legal documentation, and HR programs while acting as a strategic partner to the HR Manager and hotel leadership.




Key Areas of Responsibilities

Please note that the responsibilities outlined below are not exhaustive. Red Sea Global Hospitality employees continuously innovate in caring for the needs of the business, their guests, and their colleagues. As Human Resources Supervisor, you will need to:


1. Strategic HR Alignment & Leadership

  • Model and communicate the hotel’s mission, vision, and values in all HR initiatives.
  • Partner with the HR Manager to execute strategic HR programs
  • Represent the HR Manager in their absence, making decisions on conflict resolution and urgent compliance matters.


2. Operational HR Management

  • Manage day-to-day HR administration, including recruitment, terminations, and compliance.
  • Maintain audit-ready employee files with 100% accuracy (digital/physical).
  • Identify and resolve pending tasks/bottlenecks, escalating issues to the HR Manager as needed.


3. Compliance & Legal Documentation

  • Renew work permits, Iqamas, health cards, and insurance for 100% of colleagues.
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws (Saudi Labor Law) and the company Code of Ethics.
  • Mitigate risks through health/safety protocols and data privacy compliance
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment (postings, interviews, onboarding) and termination processes.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to improve retention.
  • Ensure timely completion of annual performance evaluations for all colleagues.


5. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Organize monthly social events (team-building, celebrations) with the L&D team.
  • Address feedback on accommodation, transportation, and dining experiences.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through open communication and recognition programs.


6. Payroll & Attendance Oversight

  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate monthly payroll closing (deductions, bonuses).
  • Monitor punctuality and address attendance issues through coaching or corrective action.
  • Report payroll discrepancies (hires, leavers) within 24–48 hours.


7. Administrative Excellence

  • Complete tasks punctually, including audits, reporting, and special projects.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the HR Manager or senior leadership.


Key Qualifications

Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role preferably in a luxury hospitality property.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws (GCC regulations) and global HR compliance standards.
