Human Resources Supervisor

*** Salary up to 16,000 AED

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised HR Supervisor to be based in Dubai. This role will support key HR initiatives with a strong focus on Professional Development Reviews (PDR), Compensation & Benefits analysis, and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the Professional Development Review (PDR) process, ensuring consistency, timely completion, and alignment with business objectives
• Conduct Compensation and Benefits analysis, including salary benchmarking, pay reviews, and benefits administration
• Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
• Support managers with performance management, employee development, and workforce planning
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal HR policies
• Prepare HR reports, analytics, and recommendations for senior management
• Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity
• Demonstrated experience in PDR frameworks, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Acquisition
• Strong understanding of UAE labour law and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with multinational or international organisations is an advantage
