Job Vacancy: HR Supervisor

The hospital is seeking an HR Supervisor with experience in managing HR operations within a medical environment and ensuring compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise recruitment processes for medical and administrative staff.
• Manage employee affairs (contracts, leave, payroll, performance evaluation).
• Handle professional licensing files (SCFHS)
• Support workplace culture across medical departments.
• Implement and develop HR policies aligned with hospital standards.
• Resolve employee issues and ensure compliance with Saudi labor law.
• Prepare periodic reports for senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in hospitals.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and Ministry of Health regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with medical staff.
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
