Expected pay for this position is $36.04 - $42.40/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.
Overview:
This position follows a hybrid schedule, with onsite work required 2–3 days per week.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Onboarding Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing the onboarding functions within HR Shared Services, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and high-quality experience for all new hires, internal transfers, and applicable non-employed individuals. This role oversees the end-to-end onboarding process, manages team performance, and partners with HR leadership and other stakeholders to fulfill organizational goals and demonstrate HR Excellence to all new and transferring employees.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

High School Diploma/ GED

Experience:

3 years of Human Resources experience

Other Skills/ Knowledge:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Associate degree

Experience:

Experience with onboarding operations, including pre-employment compliance requirements.

Experience with I-9 processing and employment eligibility compliance.

Experience leading a team or project.

Experience coaching and mentoring team members.
