As an HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with Saudi labor law, and support talent management initiatives that align with the company's growth and Vision 2030 objectives.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Supervise HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and HRDF requirements.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Support performance management and training initiatives.
  • Manage personnel files, HRIS, and employee records.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees, resolving HR inquiries and issues.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and support audits.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR compliance requirements.
  • Experience in real estate, construction, or investment sectors is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic & English.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS, payroll software).
  • CIPD or SHRM certification is a plus.
