We are seeking a hands-on, highly capable Human Resources Manager to build and manage the full HR function for URBAS Middle East in Saudi Arabia. This is not an administrative HR role — it requires full ownership of talent acquisition, payroll, contracting, employee relations, Saudization strategy, policy development, and HR compliance.
The ideal candidate is proactive, independent, and able to design and execute all HR activities from scratch, supporting a fast-growing multinational developer and ensuring full alignment with Saudi labor law and corporate governance.

Required Qualifications:

| Education | Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (CIPD / SHRM preferred) |
| Experience | Minimum 7+ years HR experience in Saudi Arabia, including full HR operations ownership |
| Technical Skills | HRIS systems, payroll software, MS Office, recruitment platforms |
| Regulatory Knowledge | Strong command of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, Saudization / Nitaqat, WPS, visa & immigration laws |
| Language | English required; Arabic a strong advantage |
| Nationality | Saudi nationals |
