Responsible for technical and administrative duties related to the delivery of the Exchange retail and restaurant management training and other organizational development programs.

Two years experience in Human Resources.

Bachelor's degree.

BACHELORS DEGREE - Preferred

Additional Qualifications/Requirements

  • Duty Location: Headquarter – Dallas, Texas (on-site)
  • Experience in training coordination, learning and development (L&D), or administrative support, preferably in a corporate training environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, for generating reports and tracking training data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create and review materials and interact effectively with instructors and trainees
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, logistics, and vendor coordination
  • Customer service–oriented mindset for handling inquiries and ensuring a positive experience for trainees and instructors

Salary Minimum

$44,704.00

Major Duties

Reviews and edits training videos and course content for virtual presentation via team collaboration software. Proofreads course materials for typographical errors, content continuity, and time limits.
Manages set-up (uploads courses), operation, and take-down of audio/video technology before, during, and after presentations to support instructor/presenter. Monitors channel questions and answers (Q&A) during presentations.
Maintains training calendar and communications for field distribution. Schedules courses/events and coordinates with outside vendors as needed. Manages mailbox(es) and responds to routine questions regarding courses, schedules, and other details. Makes arrangements for on-site training such as lodging, classrooms, technology, transportation, etc.
Processes enrollments and tracks attendance to code and assign credit for trainees to successfully graduate from programs. Maintains and updates all records for training, field, regionally, and globally.
Performs administrative tasks to support the implementation and maintenance of course curriculums in online systems. Uses information system/data base to produce reports on training statistics, course inventories, and assessments of instructors and/or courses.
