The Human Resources Technician provides clerical, technical, and administrative support to the Human Resources department by performing a variety of complex duties, including data entry, document processing, record management, and support of faculty contract assignments and evaluation systems. This position also serves as the first point of contact for the Chief Human Resources Officer/Title IX Coordinator, delivering professional customer service to employees, students, and the public while responding to inquiries that require discretion and knowledge across multiple HR functions.
