Humas Resources Intern

The HR Intern position is responsible for gaining hands-on experience in various human resources functions, including onboarding, employee records management, and general HR support within the Human Resources department. This position will assist multiple team members with their daily tasks, provide support for departmental projects, and offer coverage for other team members as needed to help achieve department objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks and project support.
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed.
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas.
  • Support department-specific tasks.
  • Update and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and filings systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments on specific tasks to obtain experience with the enterprise.
  • Provide customer support as needed.

Education/Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or equivalent.
