HVAC and/or Plumbing Apprentice

Stark's Plumbing and Heating Services, Inc. is looking for a motivated Apprentice who’s ready to learn from experienced technicians and develop the skills needed to become a professional in HVAC and/or plumbing.

Position Overview

This is a hands-on role that provides paid training and mentorship. You’ll work alongside seasoned technicians to learn installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC and/or plumbing systems while gaining valuable on-the-job experience.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required — we’ll train the right candidate!
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Mechanical aptitude and basic hand tool knowledge
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (attics, crawl spaces, outdoors, etc.)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
