HVAC and/or Plumbing Service Technician

Stark's Plumbing and Heating Services is seeking a dependable HVAC and/or Plumbing Service Technician to perform residential and/or light commercial service, repair, and maintenance work. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently in the field.

Job Description

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC and/or plumbing systems
• Perform routine maintenance and service calls
• Communicate clearly with customers about service findings, options, and recommendations
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time on the job
• Follow safety protocols and company standards
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED and technical school training
• (2+) Years’ experience required
• EPA certification (for HVAC technicians) preferred
• Ability to work in various environments (indoors/outdoors, attics, crawl spaces, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• A drug free lifestyle (all applicants will be drug screened prior to hire)
• Professional appearance
• Willingness and desire to provide our clients with a superior customer service experience

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Rotating on-call schedule for emergency service
