HVAC Application Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically strong HVAC Application Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for equipment selection, HVAC design drawings, tender review, and technical coordination with consultants and contractors.

This role requires an all-rounder who can manage design, selection, quotations, and technical documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate HVAC heat load calculations
• Select appropriate HVAC equipment (DX, Ducted Split, Package Units, VRF, FAHU, CHW FCU, etc.)
• Prepare HVAC design shop drawings using AutoCAD
• Review tender documents, BOQs, and technical specifications
• Validate quantities, scope, and configurations
• Prepare technical selections and optimized commercial quotations
• Support the sales team with value engineering and cost-saving proposals
• Prepare final submittals and technical documentation
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors for technical clarifications
• Work closely with sales and operations for smooth project execution
• Develop quick selection charts and improve operational efficiency

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
• 1–3 years experience in HVAC equipment selection/design (UAE preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and applications
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Must currently reside in the UAE
