Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Application Engineer specialized in VRF and DX air conditioning systems to join our Abu Dhabi-based HVAC trading company.

This position is fully remote, allowing the candidate to work from their home country while closely coordinating online with our Sales Engineers and Sales Manager in the UAE.

The role focuses on preparing accurate system selections, technical proposals, and competitive quotations for projects within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform technical selection and sizing of VRF and DX air conditioning equipment.
• Prepare detailed quotations, technical submittals, and compliance statements.
• prepare single line design drawings.
• Review tender documents, drawings, and project specifications.
• Provide technical support to Sales Engineers during discussions with consultants and contractors.
• Assist in value engineering and propose optimized alternative solutions.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of offers.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for technical clarifications.
• Maintain updated knowledge of UAE HVAC market standards and trends.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HVAC application engineering (UAE market experience preferred).
• Strong expertise in VRF and DX systems AHU's FAHU's selection and design.
• Proficient in HVAC selection software (HAP or equivalent) and MS Office.
• Excellent English communication and technical writing skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively online.
• Stable internet connection and availability during UAE working hours (Gulf Standard Time).
