Sales and Application Engineer

Job description

"Sales & Application Engineer" required with knowledge and understanding of Scientific Technology within laboratory products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring effective prospects and cold calls on business .
• Regularly follow up on inbound leads and sales enquiries to achieve targets .
• Serves customers by identifying their needs; engineering adaptations of products, equipment & services.
• Collaborates with sales and marketing teams to effectively achieve organizational goals.
• Continuously work for organizational process improvement, providing input to the sales and marketing teams to refine processes and cater to new and emerging market opportunities.
• Delivers online product demonstrations using online tools available (Microsoft Teams, Zoom etc.)
• Enter, Updates and maintain daily sales activities and client/customer information into the organizational database.
• Plans as effective sales targeting approach to the assigned sales territory.
• Proper and timely customer interactions on their enquires/Suggestions, Complaints and other details by phone, online video conferences or through emails.
• Suggests and implements a closing business strategy relative to sales.

Qualification

• Electrical/Electronic/Instrumentation/Mechatronics Graduates (Mandatory)
• Master's in engineering / MBA ( Optional)
• Impressive Sales Background
• UAE Experience is highly preferred
• UAE driving license (preferred)
• Good technical awareness & Self-learner
• Flexible to Travel as per Business requirements
• Experience in Handling Sale of Analytical Range of Equipment ( Laboratory & Scientific ) - Preferred
• Quick learner and good communication skills
