Sales Consultant In ROYAL GATE REAL ESTATE

Job Summary

Royal Gate Real Estate is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team. The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, and achieving sales targets while maintaining a high level of professional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through calls, networking, and marketing activities.
  • Promote and sell residential and commercial properties listed by the company.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings with potential clients.
  • Understand clients’ requirements and provide suitable property options.
  • Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Follow up with potential clients and maintain an updated client database.
  • Prepare and assist in completing property transaction documents.
  • Stay updated with the Abu Dhabi real estate market and available listings.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate sales or a sales-related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
  • Professional appearance and good client relationship skills.
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.

Compensation

  • Commission-based structure according to company policy.
  • Opportunity to earn high commissions based on performance.
