We are looking to add an HVAC Service Apprentice to our team!
The HVAC Service Apprentice learns to maintain, and repair heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems by working alongside experienced technicians.

  • Compensation: $19/hr - 22/hr based on experience
What You’ll Do (Job Responsibilities)
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to prevent equipment failure by cleaning air handling systems and reheating coils, monitoring and calibrating air handling systems.
  • Locate and diagnose problems, assess the extent of repairs and describe options and associated costs to the customer.
  • Troubleshoot and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
  • Assist with repairs of complete systems to include repairing, calibrating, or replacing controls, switches, thermostats, transformers, gauges, wiring fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, piping, and other functional components of the system.
  • Complete all required documentation on services, explain guarantees/warranties and records.
  • Ensure that all HVAC repairs and installations are accurate, serviceable and that materials used meet the requirements and safety standards/regulatory codes.
  • Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers’ requirements.
  • Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
  • Some experience in HVAC preferred, but not required
  • Experience working with hand and power tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High integrity with the strong desire to be better tomorrow than you are today
  • Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
