We are seeking a motivated HVAC Apprentice to join our dedicated team and grow within the heating and cooling trade. HVAC experience is a plus, but not required - we are willing to train the right candidate.

Work hours: 8 am - 4 pm Monday to Friday with an on-call rotation

Pay Scale: starting $18 - 22/hr, depending on experience and skill level

Position Summary: To assist HVAC technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in residential and light commercial settings while learning the trade through hands-on experience and formal training.

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Strong interest in the HVAC trade and willingness to learn
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Ability to follow instructions and work alongside experienced technicians
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in various indoor/outdoor environments
• Previous HVAC or construction experience is a plus but not required
